The Karnataka government is mulling over enforcing restrictions on mobile phone usage by children under the age of 16.

On Saturday, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah sought the opinions of Vice-Chancellors of public universities in the State, at a meeting which was also attended by Chancellor, Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot.
