A decade after an underpass at Wind Tunnel Junction was announced as part of a project to make HAL Airport Road signal-free, the plan remained on paper. Now, the Bengaluru City Central Corporation (BCCC) has finally begun the process.The underpass works will be taken up in three phases: alternative arrangements for traffic moving on the stretch, groundwork and installation of magic boxes, and construction of ramps.
