A months-long dispute over the construction of a temple within a south Bengaluru apartment complex is set to come up for hearing on April 16, with residents still divided over the issue. The case, filed by four residents of SNN Raj Serenity in Yelenahalli, Begur, challenges the construction of a temple in a common area of the complex, alleging it was carried out without approvals or the consent of all residents.
